Ah, a pleasure. When I think back to my own organisational ending, I’m flooded with emotions (even after all this time)..: I was left with unresolved feelings. It's easy to lose sight of the human element in endings that includes the need for time and space to grieve. I'd love to curate a collection of 'ending stories' - I think there are many of them out there in the world :)
